Credit Policy

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. If you pay by credit card, we will authorize the card when order is placed and charge the card when order is shipped. The credit card authorization will include shipping and associated taxes. If you would like to make purchases on account, Please Click Here

All invoices are due in 30 days.  All prices are listed in CDN Dollars.

We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us

How to return
  • Call Customer Support Representatives by phone 1 800 661 1515 or contact us
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided to you.
  • Pack your item(s) in its original packaging and include the RMA# on the return documentation. 
  • Drop the package off at the courier of your choice or arrange for pickup.
Product Return Requirements
  • All orders are returnable within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returned products will be credited the invoiced amount minus a 12% restocking fee and shipping charges.
  • The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be written on the outside of the box.
  • Items must be returned in the same increments as they were sold.
  • Returned items must be packaged in the original manufacturer's packaging (both inside and outside).
  • The returned item must be clean with no scratches or visible signs of use.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Credit for your return

Checkpoint Systems Canada will credit your account within 5 business days upon receiving the return and verifying its acceptable condition. A refund will be provided to the original form of payment.
